Bought a flight but doesn't show it. Try to add it but after entering reference number and last name there's no way to hit enter because there's a big tab for updating preferences. I was able to add flight on my laptop but when I went back to app on phone and restarted it, there's still no flight. I tried uninstalling app and reinstalling app and it still doesn't show flight when I log in on app and still can't add it. All you can use app for is to buy flights.

I tried several times to book flights with errors so frustrating. A great airline it is the app that needs MAJOR improvements. It makes me want to just book another airline. You put all your information in correctly then I get a message repeatedly. " ONE ERROR CHECK YOUR IMPUT " What input ??? doesn't explain or the fact you cannot do currency conversion at the end for payment.

This app does not allow me to create an account as it won't accept my password. After reading several reviews stating the same problem, I would think that PAL would address the issue. I even tried to create a Mabuhay Miles account online, but it kept coming up as an error. I was able to book flights for my family, but I haven't received any emails to confirm the flights. Your online presence and app are not user-friendly. Come on, PAL... do better!

• Be 5-8 characters
• Include 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 special character
